Hi - my name is Luke McConnell and I'm a storyteller.
I'm a graphic design student in Regina, Saskatchewan and also a freelance designer, operating my business called Relativity Designs.
Graphic design is my second act in life. My first professional career was in public administration, focusing on policy analysis and written communications - taking large chunks of information and turning it into easy to understand morsels. After 15 years, the time came for a change and I was able to do something I'd been wanting to do for a long time, transitioning to a new life in graphic design.
I'm loving my new journey. I get to use my problem solving experience to tell stories in a new way.
I'm passionate about helping people through design - especially small businesses, non-profits, or anyone else who isn't able to access traditional design services. I want to grow Relativity Designs into something that helps people tell their stories; something that can sustain not only myself and my family, but that also helps sustain our community.
And that's me.
I live in Regina with my wife, where our home is usually occupied by one or more snoozing greyhounds.
